中文：​市徽以綠色及海藍色波浪為底，有兩條垂直對稱放置的銀色魚，在上方中間部位有兩金色等邊三角形，三角形後的另一平面有一紅色半球與之重疊。金色帶上有黑色字體寫着“海島市政廳”字樣。市旗深橙色，附有深藍及深綠色的細繩和穗。印章圖形帶內寫有“海島市政廳”字樣及旗徽上所有特徵，但沒有顏色指示。
