The 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup (Polish: Mistrzostwa Świata FIFA U-20 Kobiet Polska 2026) will be the 12th edition of the FIFA Women's U-20 World Cup, the biennial international women's youth football championship contested by the under-20 national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It will be hosted by Poland. It will be the second time that Poland has hosted a FIFA tournament having hosted the Men's FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2019. It will also be the first time that Poland has hosted a FIFA women's tournament.[1]

Host selection

Poland were announced as the 2026 Women's U-20 World Cup hosts following the FIFA Council meeting on 17 December 2023 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.[2]

Qualified teams

A total of 24 teams qualify for the final tournament. In addition to Poland who qualified automatically as hosts, the other 23 teams qualify from six separate continental competitions.

Venues

Łódź, Katowice, Sosnowiec, and Bielsko-Biała or Tychy were the cities chosen to host the competition on 8 May 2025[3]. The tournament will be held in 4 stadiums, where Bielsko-Biała or Tychy will be selected as the fourth host city.
