Hartlepool have signed experienced defender Robbie Elliott.
The former Newcastle and Sunderland left-back, 33, joins Pools on a free transfer after ending a short stay at Leeds United at the end of last season.
"His experience with Premiership clubs will help us with our own quest to better our position," boss Danny Wilson told Hartlepool's website.
Elliott spent two spells with Newcastle either side of a move to Bolton, before moves to Sunderland and Leeds.
