Leeds have signed Australia midfielder Neil Kilkenny from Birmingham on loan with a view to a permanent move, reports BBC Radio Leeds.
The Elland Road club have also had a bid for highly-rated Northampton midfielder Bradley Johnson accepted.
Johnson, 22, looked set to join Leicester but Leeds boss Dennis Wise is hoping to sign him.
Meanwhile, Argentine defenders Jonathan Bottinelli and Nicolas Bianchi are set to train with Leeds next week.
