Hereford's Robinson and Leeds' Marques battle for possession
|
League Two side Hereford earned an FA Cup first-round replay against League One outfit Leeds following an entertaining draw at Edgar Street.
Both teams had a hatful of chances with Leeds finding Hereford goalkeeper Wayne Brown in fine form.
The shot-stopper made good saves from Seb Carole, Tresor Kandol and dived at the feet of Jonathan Douglas.
The Bulls' John McCombe missed with an overhead and Lionel Ainsworth's header forced Casper Ankergren to palm over.
Both those chances came late in the game with Ainsworth jumping brilliantly in the six-yard area only to see his effort acrobatically pushed over the bar.
And with two minutes remaining, McCombe's spectacular overhead missed Ankergren's right-hand upright by a foot.
