Describe the issue

When launching the game, asset packs aren't loaded. They will load once you go to the asset pack menu and press the reload button.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Startup the game with the SFX pack selected, as you can hear the SFX are not the new SFX.
  2. Go to the asset pack menu in options and press reload, as you can hear the SFX are now changed.
  3. Close the game and start it up again, and you will be back at step 1.

An SFX to listen to for change:
Window open/closing sound (these work in all menus so dont have to enter a save)
Crowd sound (Often played in the intro)
