Description

The DomGeometry module is a (relatively new) basic standard for the DOM. Currently mostly used for SVG but useful. Maybe it should be in AngleSharp

Background

I have already built it for my SVG module. But maybe it would fit better into base AngleSharp.

The specifications haven't changed, however here is the DomGeometry specification again: https://www.w3.org/TR/geometry-1/

This is also intended as a thread to discuss some implementation details; how to best handle certain things with AngleSharp. That's why this issue was also created.
