Describe the bug
Scroll in sidebar past its end closes it when using touch on mobile phone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to AdminLTE v4 demo on a phone
2. Click on sidebar toggler
3. Scroll down and then scroll again
4. See error

Expected behavior
On AdminLTE v3 page is scrolled like on v4 to the end but the sidebar does not close. I would expect same functionality.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• AdminLTE Version: v4.0.0-rc3
• Operating System: Windows 11
• Browser (Version): Firefox Mobile v139.0.4, Chrome Mobile v137.0.7151.115
