Hi @Kentalot! Thanks for keeping this great resource maintained. I was checking witty.er on a VCF 4.4 output and got the following error:

One or more errors occurred. (Could not create a VCF header from the following file: /tmp/tmpdpsvoN.tmp.vcf) (One or more errors occurred. (Unable to recognize VcfVersion: ##fileformat=VCFv4.4!))

...I was hoping to workaround this in a fork but it looks like it would require a change in the Ilmn.Das.Std.* library distributed as dll, so I wanted to put in a vote for updated VCF version support.
