Change ownership of /margarita and /reposado

Set the sticky bit on /margarita

This should set the group to www-data on all newly created files within
/margarita, eliminating permission problems.

Reflect moved and renamed files in README.md

Move files from docroot

Moved and renamed /margarita/auth.conf to /extras.conf
Moved /margarita/margarita.wsgi to /margarita.wsgi

Add SSL capabilities

Redirect error log to stdout

Enable apache auth modules

Rename authentication.conf to auth.conf
