Describe the issue

This is one of the strangest bugs I've encountered and wondering when it was introduced.

When placing down multiple stalls this way, you do pay for both buildings but sales get allocated on one single stall.

When placing multiple flat rides this way, you get the same effect but probably only have to pay one time the running profit and are able to synchronise stations this way. Also note the "Structure 1" in the dropdown.

Seems to have been introduced in 0.4.0, it doesn't happen in 0.3.5.1.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the new ride window and select a flat ride, tracked ride or a stall
2. Be sure to hover inside the park
3. Place down the ride by clicking on the preview image itself, you will notice it places down the chosen ride/stall on an offset. When you try to place it down out of park boundaries, you will notice the "Land not owned by park" error given.
