Describe the issue

The refunded cost is way to low when deleting a track piece of the Giga Coaster at a height of 96m or more above ground.

Steps to reproduce

Example:

1. Build a track piece at 96m
2. Delete the track piece

Result: You have less money than you had at the beginning
