Follow-up to discussion in #17524:

This needs to be checked for every single ride type: there should be no black plate under the stations, and no brown base under the flat ride.

and as per Gymnasiast's request here:

The intention is that the black platform does not appear. But because of the enormous duplication in the track drawing code, which requires manual modification of almost every single track type, some rides may still draw a platform, or did so until recently.
If you do find a ride that still draws the black platform, please create an issue on our bug tracker.

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately it seems that most coasters and tracked rides (though not all) still display the black plate when the "no platform" style is selected. I have noticed it for the following ride types:
