Music tab doesn't fully render in multiplayer #24589

Describe the issue
When the checkbox is checked the menu doesn't fully render. Switching tabs fixes the graphical glitch. It doesn't occur in single player.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a multiplayer map.
- Select a ride.
- Toggle the music checkbox from off to on.
