Touch interaction with CEF is not working properly in OpenSpace under some window/screen configurations.

Below are some examples where touch interactions do not work properly.

1. Two or more windows (not fullscreen), different size/orientation
2. Two or more windows in fullscreen, different resolutions/orientations
