How to resize selection? #1558

So far I've used Paint-net and there changing the size of the selected element was easy. How do I do it in Pinta 3.01 on mac? I select part of the image and try to resize and rotate it by dragging the mouse. I don't know how. |

I think this is basically the same as issue #585 which has some work in progress to behave more like Paint.NET. Currently resizing the selected contents can be done by Cmd+Click and rotating with the RMB (described in the tooltip for the Move Selected Pixels tool) |
