Bug Definition

Existing uydu channel returns no data in requests. Previously it returns the estimated damage status of the building.
With the same reason, we should not use it in the services filters. Services filters in the RC version, use the uydu channel in every reason request.

Put it altogether:
Issue 1: No data issue in Uydu channel
Issue 2: Do not use the Uydu channel in Services filters.
