Since I usually go to sleep after midnight, I have this issue where the time limit I choose for apps essentially resets before I go to sleep giving me more time than I should have, and then after I wake up some of the time I should have available for apps with timers is already used since I used them after midnight

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good to be able to select a time when app timers (or even all statistics for the day) get reset and start the next day. Example: even though it's 1a.m. on monday, since i set the hour to reset to 3a.m., statistics for use and app timers still count on the monday ones until it's 3a.m.

Additional context
i think one option that controls at which hour everything resets would be fine, but if you intend to give more granural control (for whatever reason), you could make different settings for timer reset hour, usage statistics reset hour, data reset hour (which already exists) and so on
