Describe the bug
Opening the instagram app doesn't respect bed time and doesn't gets notified if app group timing is over. But getting the app to background and bring it back to focus makes the conditions work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure the app is closed properly
2. Open the instagram app with app group restriction or on bed time and see the app not respecting it

Expected behavior
Instagram should get closed once group time is over or bed time is active. It should also show option to restrict it in 2,5, 20 minute intervals
