Screentime data gets reduced when app is deleted #89

Description

Describe the bug
For example I end up installing and wasting lots of time on reddit, but then I delete the app, that ends up removing that amount of screentime wasted on reddit from the total, resulting in inaccuracy and unaccounted time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to reddit app
  2. End up wasting 1 hour on it :(
  3. Delete the app

Expected behavior
The unaccounted time once the app is deleted can be kept as it is, making it unlabelled once that app it deleted. So we can label it ourselves what that app was. Or it could keep all the data of an app as a group, which stays intact even if that specific app is deleted.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Image Data from regain app (ignore the other apps, I've ignored different apps on mindful and regain but focus on reddit)

Additional context
I'm open to anymore conversation about this if needed, this really needs a fix imo. Earlier I was using regain app, moved to mindful because it is much calmer and the focus timer is more useful. The screentime on regain app for example stays intact. Screenshots attached
