Does it help to switch the Event colors (not Manage calendar colors) toggle in the Account settings?
\nOtherwise you may want to wipe the calendar storage on your device, see point 3 here.

Hi, I have just started using DAVx5 and I was pleased in the beginning. Furthermore, it seems that the synchronization of my first calendar has stopped as well. I have checked the FAQ section and disabled all battery optimization on my Pixel 5 altogether. EDIT: I just noticed, that the last synchronization in my old calendar is more than 3 hours old (although it should be synchronized every 30 minutes). Switching the synchronization on and off, doesn't change anything. The new calendar has no sync timestamp at all. Can you give me a hint on how to solve this issue? Cheers, |

Newly switched-on calendars need to be synced once. After that they show up on a system level and in other apps. You can turn on verbose loggin in the DAVx5 settings and then press the sync button inside the app. Wait until it is finished, click the notification amd share the archive with yourself to save it. Then have a look in the logs and maybe you see something that helps you identifying the problem. |

Thanks for the hint. It seems to be a size issue. When exporting all events to ics, the file results in 1,2MB. Is this a problem?

No, that shouldn't be a problem. Note that the default time limit in the DAVx5 account settings is 90 days.
This exception happens during the update of the calendar metadata is is not related to specific events:
