What happened?

Hello. I recently uploaded BoxBilling
through my hosting's file manager and when I try to install it, I can't because it gives me 2 errors which are the following: /home/freehost/domains/freehost.lat/public_html/bb-data/cache and /home/freehost/domains/freehost.lat/public_html/bb-data/uploads it says NO in red and I have no idea how to fix it. Please help me...
