Can we add support for Laravel 10 or rather 11?

I can submit a PR for the same but I dont know if the maintainer of this project intends to continue supporting them as its been over a year since its last release.

Kindly confirm the same so I can PR the upgrade otherwise will have to look for an alternative or just fork this one.

PS> I know there's already a PR by laravel shift for the same but since its not actioned i assumed the author wants a manual one.
