We need to move to main the contents of https://github.com/dotnet/maui/blob/net10.0/docs/ReleaseProcess.md

Since we now also do service releases using arcade/mirror the new infrastructure

We also need to update the docs to specify that when we branch a release/branch we need to create a default channel on darc for example

darc add-default-channel --channel ".NET 9.0.1xx SDK" --branch "release/9.0.1xx-sr9" --repo https://github.com/dotnet/maui

We also should say that insertions are now done after inserting in the workload set, the dotnet/workload-versions repository ci system this will automaclty create a pull request to the Visual Studio release branch with an update to the version of maui
