I prefer the Discussions section for things like that, leaving the Issues section for when there's something concrete that should be done |

Sounds good! I may mockup something in the future. I have some ideas based on using the new popover menus, which I think might help with organizing and exposing tools/effects in the UI. |

I have an idea for a tool panel similar to what is found in Inkscape/GIMP, but nothing too complicated. Where do we discuss ideas like this? Just bug reports/issues? Or elsewhere?
