Describe the issue

Heartline coaster clips through tiles placed right above it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a custom Heartline
2. Select any Base Block from the Decor Menu
3. Hover Mouse over a straight piece (Rolls work as well) of the heartline,
4. Hold Shift
5. Click
