Ingredients

  • 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup (approximately 30g) fresh baby spinach
  • 240ml natural yogurt (Greek yogurt is a good choice)
  • 240ml water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped kiwis, banana slices, spinach, yogurt, water (or coconut water), and chia seeds (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled smoothie and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
