What is the problem?

Simp tracker [I2P] is not working for qBittorrent & does not announces itself saying "updating".

However, it is working for other I2P supported torrent clients like BiglyBT and I2PSnark.

All other I2P trackers automatically announce themselves and are working properly.

Steps to reproduce

Add Simp tracker to your torrent it does not work and only says updating
