Motivation  

• By exposing allocation map to get_hooks() interface, compute plugin may decide plugin hook variant depending on the allocation status.

Required Features

• Add new parameter device_alloc to get_hooks() interface
• Update agent to feed alloc map when calling get_hooks()

Impact  

• Accelerator interface version will be updated from v21 to v22
