The idea

While using --save-as cbz|raw, give the option to add the volume covers to the first chapter of each volume.

Why this feature should be added to the app ?

Currently there is no way to get the 'actual' volume covers while still preserving the chapter structure.
*-volume removes the chapter structure; --use-chapter-cover are not the real covers of the volumes.

I am using Kavita, it would work well with that library manager imo since it can group chapters into volumes too.
I studied the docs thoroughly, though please excuse if I am missing something here.
