Description
This PR removes info from the PR template.
Motivation
Currently, it's an information overload when opening a new PR. I expect the more text that's added here, the less likely anyone is to read it.
As an alternative, I would suggest a welcome bot leaves a comment on first time contributors PRs with a message that says what to expect, with links to resources.
