In my experience the only time I get a black box over the face Has to do with the original image you are using. One problem is if the reference face is too close to the camera or zoomed in too close. What I have found is if you go into some photo editing and extend the canvas therefore pushing the image back making it smaller sometimes will work. Make sure you use a background color that best contrasts your image. If it's a brunette use a white background if they are blonde use a dark background. when i start to change the face, either photos or live, it cant change the face, instead the photos is blocked by black box. my requirements are :
