qmail, vpopmail, qmailadmin, and that entire ecosystem is long in the tooth and barely maintained. It's long overdue to deprecate it. Get Haraka to deliver directly to dovecot mailboxes via LMTP. Find/write a HTTP based admin panel for creating mailboxes and aliases. Do something about email lists.
