Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join to server (Randomly appears)

Description of issue:
This error occurs randomly after a server restart and does not allow any player to enter. In my space, restarts are set every 4 hours, and this error occurs about once a week.

The server successfully starts without errors until players enter, and then does not allow anyone with the same error.
I've seen a similar error with other people in the neoforge discord, and it always says size (x-1) is less than x, but for different modpacks(?) x value can be different
