There are manufacturer-written subplugins, which cannot be tested or maintained by current maintainers.

I propose to invite maintainers from manufacturers who have been writing nnstremer subplugin:

• NXP
  • Does any of you intend to be the maintainer? @alberto-nxp @jvuillaumier @abirlinger (or you may invite someone else from your organization)
• MediaTek
  • https://github.com/via-edge-ai/meta-nn/tree/mtk_yocto_4.0.17_v24.0/recipes-nnstreamer/nnstreamer/files shows that MTK has their own subplugins. Need to contack MTK. Having subplugin codes as a series of "patch" files for bb doesn't look good; it's bad for code maintanance or deployment.

If you wish, you may create a subdirectory per manufacturer and maintain the code inside the subdirectory. Once a manufacturer designate a maintainer, I'll update CODEOWNER as well so that you can maintain independently.
