There isn't a way to do that now exactly, no. That's a decent idea for the future though. |

That might not be possible to expose hosted parameters to the DAW directly. This is because parameters can only be defined one time during plugin instantiation. e.g. there isn't a way to dynamically broadcast of added/removed parameters to the DAW. <--- this was the reason that performance parameters were introduced to the plugin versions of Element. |

Hi All,
After messing arround with Bidule for some month, I just came across KV Element and so far, I am amazed. I am no musician, but in the video editing business using Davinci Resolve. As Fairlight is lacking quite a bit of functionality if it comes to VSTs, I need a framework to overcome these hurdles.
I tried the free version and all I've seen so far perfectly fits my needs. Especially the LUA implementation is a huge advantage over what Bidule has to offer. However, I have one question I could not answer so far and I don't know if this is a limitation of the free version:
Is there a way to map VST parameters to Midi commands? Sure I can use Midi learn to map my controller to a VST input but how to do the other way round? If I change a parameter in the VST using its UI, how to update my controller?
