As of animate.css v4.1.1, the class names has to be changed in line 21 from animated to animate__animated. In HTML element we need to pass the new class names like data-animation="animate__bounce".

If you're trying to use this jquery file in your WordPress theme, please make sure to pass $ as a param in line 1, and pass jQuery at the end.
