Describe the new feature and the current behavior/state
Currently AutoDist uses SSH to coordinate distributed workers. Since Ray emerges as a convenient framework to build distributed applications, we aim to provide Ray integration with AutoDist to catch the state of the art.

Will this change the current API? How?
This feature will not fundamentally change the existing APIs but provide new configurations to allow users to launch AutoDist applications on top of Ray.
