Adding the ability to use the "Scale = Vector" on components. Up till this point this line sadly breaks the component in question, making it not usable anymore.

Use Case

Lightbars or vehicle components that aren't sized accordingly and can't be simply scaled by the "Scale" line.

Context

In the upper image the command was used to scale the Whelen Freedom accordingly to the vehicle size. By just using the "Scale" function the lightbar was too high in comparison to the vehicle/other lights.
