incorrect Lithuanian flag icon in peers section

Steps to reproduce

1. in an actively downloading task
2. go to peers section
3. see the flag and hover over it

expected:
Flag of Colombia

actual:
Flag of Lithuania

Additional context

this flag can also be confused with the flag of Armenia

IP opposite the flag was = 88.222.71.88
who.is service - says that the country is Netherlands
