Describe the bug
On Windows 11, when I use a wallpaper added from a YouTube video, when I click the Windows button it plays the sound of the video, even though I have set the option to mute it when I've setup the video using the customisation options

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click 'add wallpaper'
2. Enter a URL - I used this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKnmBL0JkXI
3. Open the options on the new wallpaper, click 'mute' and set as wallpaper
4. Click Windows button

Expected behavior
Audio from video should not play

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 Home 26100.4351
• Which wallpaper was running at the time if any.
• Custom video wallpaper added from youtube, see repro steps

Share the diagnostic files by:
Open Lively settings (Gear icon) top-right -> System -> Log File -> Save
or
Navigate to Appdata folder C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Lively Wallpaper\logs
