Asking here since I can't find a clear answer anywhere else and you likely know what I need to do.

• Are Consumer type apps able to access data from public posts? Like the official YouTube page creating a post?
  • I think you need the 'pages_read_engagement' perm, but I don't see it on my Consumer app and it's greyed out on my Business app.
• Is there a way to achieve the above without having to create a Business account? Seems like a lot of annoying overhead.
