The description for the tools provided by the MCP server are hardcoded and can't be changed.
It does not provide any any indication of the type of information that is made available by the RAG and makes it difficult for the LLM to decide if there is any benefit in calling the MCP server.
Not only that, but if two RAG templates are deployed with completely different information there is no way to differntiate between them.
