Streamlink version
streamlink 6.7.2

~$ streamlink --no-config --version
streamlink 6.7.2
Most pluto streams do not start and have this error instead. See https://gist.github.com/DeltaEpsilon19498/c99c333a136307139c80270090ca9e2b for an example output.
However, a few streams still work correctly. See https://gist.github.com/DeltaEpsilon19498/e7939edfb826b55c8da6402d9051916c for example output of a stream that does still work.
The error happens regardless of if a VPN is used or is not used.
