Description
The issue is not experienced with Qt5 using QGLWidget, only with QOpenGLWidget running on both Qt5 or Qt6.
If you toggle buttons on the toolbar (e.g.: Edge, Primitive Substitution) the display gets corrupted, seems to be wireframed although wireframe was not enabled. Reloading the model fix the issue most of the time, but not always.
Sometimes when I reload the model several times image gets corrupted even without doing any other change clicking any other button:
Tested with both Mesa & Nvidia and no difference.
