Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

BPTF has a hard limit of 60 req/min. But if I want to send a bunch of requests to BPTF through my app outside of the manager and/or running multiple agents in the manager I don't want to spin up multiple instances on different servers or with different IPs in order to not potentially hit this limit

Allow a proxy address to be added when creating an agent which it will use

I am not currently experiencing this issue, but it could be nice to see implemented in the future :)
