Add JSON status output to smcroutectl #198
Description
Add -j flag to smcroutectl to allow the following commands to output in JSON format:
show interfaces Show configured multicast interfaces
show groups Show joined multicast groups
show routes Show (*,G) and (S,G) multicast routes, default
