feat(Android): make export import buttons more clear in their purpose #1318

Describe the bug
For some reason when I click arrow icons in Settings for Radio and Podcasts, the "All files access" page appears
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Settings
- Click on arrows
- New window appears
Expected behavior
Nothing happens (or maybe there should be no arrows at all)
