Vyuldashev\NovaPermission\RoleSelect::::make('Role', 'roles') is not working correctly on create but it works on update

the error is the following:

Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '6-46-App\\Models\\User' for key 'model_has_roles.PRIMARY'

what could be the issue?
