Having a way to programmatically specify a certain device posture when testing a web app would be helpful to authors as well as for testing the API itself in web-platform-tests.

We could define one or more WebDriver Classic endpoints for setting and clearing a posture override that would be used by a top-level traversable and its children navigables.
